In this session, we begin with 30 minutes of guided inner work, where we gently explore what is ready to be seen, healed, or released. We start at your beginning, wherever that is for you, and create a safe, supportive space to uncover the roots of what you are moving through. This time allows us to lay the foundation for your healing, gain clarity, and begin working through what you most need in that moment. Each session is intuitively guided and thoroughly tailored to you, meeting you exactly where you are. We move deeper at a pace that feels safe and aligned, peeling back layers with care. Along the way, I share tools, insights, and practices to support your growth, healing, and empowerment, offering a space for transformation that is both grounded and soul-led.

The session then continues with 60 minutes of Reiki energy healing. Reiki is universal life-force energy that flows from Source, through the practitioner, and into you, guided by divine intelligence. It gently clears and rebalances your energy field, soothes the heart, supports the body’s natural healing, and reconnects you to your divine essence. Reiki works on all levels, energetic, emotional, spiritual, and physical, bringing harmony, clarity, and deep peace. In each session, I also call upon Archangel light and healing energy, along with the loving, graceful presence of the Mother Mary Collective, to offer any additional support, comfort, and healing you may need.

You will leave the session feeling lighter, more grounded, and deeply connected to yourself. Many experience a renewed sense of clarity, emotional release, and inner peace, as well as a feeling of being supported, uplifted, and gently realigned with your truth. This is a space for true transformation, where healing begins and your path forward becomes clearer.
